At Needzify, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every order we deliver. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right — quickly and hassle-free.
1. Return Window
You can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt) must be provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items missing original packaging or tags
3. Damaged or Defective Item
If your parcel arrives damaged or defective:
• Inspect the package immediately in front of the delivery person
• Do not accept the parcel if it is visibly damaged from outside
• Record a video and send it to our WhatsApp within 24 hours
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked
4. How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps:
1. WhatsApp us your Order ID + reason for return + photos/video
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging
4. Hand it over to our courier or drop it at the nearest pickup point
5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
6. Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 48 to 72 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• JazzCash
• Bank Transfer
Please note: Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong or defective item, we will send you the correct replacement free of charge including return shipping. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may return after delivery
• Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you wish to cancel
